Lesions/pathology: Moderate to marked focally extensive exocrine atrophy with fibrosis. There is atrophy of pancreatic exocrine tissue with fibrous replacement. Residual ducts are present (large blue arrow) and there is mild infiltration of mononuclear cells (small red arrow). Adipose tissue is present (lipid; L).
